Shipping policy

All sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our merchandise is carefully selected, but please understand that the items are pre-loved, which is the nature of consignment.

PICK UP

Furniture and home decor are pick up ONLY (shipping is not available for furniture and home decor/household items). All other items can be shipped or picked up.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your items to be available for pick up. A text/email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pick up.

All items must be picked up within 48 hours of sent pick up notification.

SHIPPING

All items can be shipped except for furniture & home decor/household items (pick up only).

We will do our very best to ship your items from our store within 48 business hours after payment is received. Payment received after our store business hours, during a weekend, or on a holiday will be considered as having been received the next business day.

We offer domestic shipping only (excluding California). We do not ship internationally.

There is a 6% tax, both on the product as well as the shipping, as required by the state of Georgia.

We ship via USPS, first class or ground transportation, as determined by the weight of the package. Tracking information is provided.
